Things To Remember
- All dogs outside of fences must be on a leash
- No trashcans in front of the house – please remove from the curb promptly!
- No grass over 8″ high and flower beds weeded
- No parking on the grass
- No RV’s of any kind in the in the driveway except for loading or unloading
- Any outside repair or construction must be approved by the ACC. Forms are available on this website.
- No alcohol or firearms in the parks
- No children 12 or under in the parks without adult supervision
- Ditches around your property must be mowed by residents
