Park Rules & Regulations
77 Sunset Park
- No pets allowed
- Park open from sunup to sunset
- Parks are private, and intended for the use of residents only
- Guest must be accompanied by a LCH member at all times
- An adult must supervise children under 12 years of age at all times
- No alcohol, drugs, glass, or firearms
- No loud music, offensive language, or fires
- No bikes, wheeled vehicles, skateboards on pier or in park area.
Lake Conroe Hills Community Center
- No loitering or hanging out
- No bicycles, skates, or skateboards
- No glass containers anywhere on pavilion
- No pets allowed anytime on club house grounds
- No loud music or offensive language
- All parking is for club house rentals only.
Duckling Park
- Members only, private property of LCH
- Intended for the use of residents
- No pets allowed anytime inside park area
